I know many educators struggle to come up with an Earth Day Activity every year. Their curriculum was already too jam-packed, and they don’t have time to plan.

I am super passionate about the environment and have created a handful of FREE environmental comics, perfect for Earth Day.

Say No To Straws (Special Earth Day Activity)

Did you know straws are among the top ten types of litter found? These disposable plastics are not recyclable and never go away! This means they continue to accumulate in landfills and worse as litter. This litter is harmful to animals. We need to cut back on plastic. Let’s start with limiting our straw use.

This comic illustrates this idea and is perfect for Earth Day. Students can color the comic as they learn about the topic.

This Earth Day Activity includes
